Her professional career includes leadership roles in retail and supply chain operations, where she developed expertise in coaching teams, improving workflows, and delivering high-quality service standards. Earlier in her career, she served as a Store Manager with Starbucks, where she cultivated a people-first leadership style centered on collaboration, inclusivity, and community connection.
