Glenda Torres is a photographer and operations leader with over 15 years of experience creating meaningful client experiences and leading teams in fast-paced, service-driven environments. As the owner and creative director of her photography studio, she specializes in maternity, newborn, and portrait photography, focusing on storytelling, connection, and preserving life’s most important milestones through timeless imagery.

In addition to her creative work, Glenda brings a strong background in business operations, team leadership, and customer experience management. Her professional career includes leadership roles in retail and supply chain operations, where she developed expertise in coaching teams, improving workflows, and delivering high-quality service standards. Earlier in her career, she served as a Store Manager with Starbucks, where she cultivated a people-first leadership style centered on collaboration, inclusivity, and community connection.

Glenda’s unique combination of creative vision and operational leadership allows her to design thoughtful, personalized experiences while maintaining strong organizational discipline. She is passionate about building environments where both clients and teams feel supported, valued, and inspired.
